EXTENSIONS WORKING 
You have to copy the patch to Program Files\WYSIWYG Web Builder 7
Execute it, hit yes. Done. (FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE .TXT FILE WHICH WILL POP UP AFTER PATCHING IS DONE)
I don't think you have to uninstall and reinstall if you already have it installed, but if it doesn't work, do that.
