1. Russian version of the DOS-ROM Hiren's Boot CD 10.4 RUS by lexapass.
2. Linux-version of the product Acronis:

How to create a bootable CD / DVD or USB-Flash/USB-HDD:

2. For flash drives and USB-HDD (assembly can be installed on them) installation procedure is:
